Ravatherm Stone Wool Insulation
RAVATHERM SW Stone Wool is a premium thermal insulation material made up of 98% natural fibers. It is produced by melting mineral and inorganic stones sourced from volcanic rocks at temperatures between 1500-1600 degrees Celsius, transforming them into fibers. This process results in a highly efficient insulation material known for its superior performance in a variety of applications.
RAVATHERM Stone Wool insulation products provide exceptional thermal, sound, and moisture insulation, along with fire safety, making them ideal for use in a wide range of settings. These include building roofs, partition walls, external walls, ovens, steel doors, shipbuilding, electrical appliances, entertainment venues, cinemas, and any other environment where comprehensive insulation and fire resistance are critical. Additionally, Stone Wool is durable, environmentally friendly, and contributes to energy efficiency, making it a sustainable choice for modern construction needs.
Applications
Ravatherm Mineral Wool using for the following applications
External Wall Thermal Insulation
Used for thermal and sound insulation as well as fire safety in external facades. These boards, with their complex fiber structure, offer high pressure resistance at lower densities and are implemented using cement-based adhesive mortar on smooth surfaces
Partition Board
Ideal for elevator and stair walls, partition walls, and adjacent walls, providing thermal, sound, and fire insulation. These boards are uncoated and are placed between load-bearing constructions and partition walls for effective insulation.
Floating Floor Board
Utilized between two layers of concrete, over open crossings, under vibration source bases, and for building floor coverings. The boards are laid freely after moisture insulation of the floor and then covered with a screed and the desired floor covering.
Air Conditioner
A stone wool board covered with aluminum foil on one side, is used in air conditioning and ventilating ducts. It is attached to the implementation areas with pins, providing thermal, sound, and fire insulation.
Industrial Board
Stone wool boards without facing, used for thermal, sound, and fire insulation at temperatures up to 760°C in industrial areas, including steel constructions, industrial plants, and process equipment.
Prefabricated Pipe
Non-coated or aluminum foil coated stone wool pipes used for thermal saving and fire insulation in high temperature industrial and installation pipes, as well as sound and vibration insulation in process equipment.
Flat Roof Board
Used for heat, sound, and moisture insulation in terrace roofs. Suitable for all wooden and metal roofs and various types of terraces, these uncoated boards are applied over a vapor barrier.
Roof Mattress
Applied on roof surfaces and between purlin spacings. These mattresses, available with or without aluminum foil covering, provide thermal, sound, and fire insulation and are implemented by laying method depending on the purlin spacing.
Blue’s Desibel
An insulation product produced by laminating one surface of the stone wool board to a plasterboard, with or without foil. It eliminates condensation risks and is used for internal and external surfaces of reinforced concrete elements, stair walls, and partition walls.
